Amy Coney Barrett. She's a constitutionalist, Mags, which is what all nine should be. She doesn't legislate through the bench. She interprets law that the Legislature makes. Making law is the job of elected Legislators not the Supreme Court. That's why you'll get head scratching rulings. Because you wrongfully expect her to make partisan law from the bench (what the liberal court has done for years). She's gonna disappoint you a lot.
Why her? Because I lost an avatar bet to Bozzie. My payment was to use the avatar of whoever he chose. THat's why I had to have the wonderful Nancy Pelosi embellishing all my threads for a year. When he told me I could release her to the hell hole she belongs in I got my revenge by choosing Amy. And she ain't bad to look at every time I come here!

One would have to be MYOPIC of World Events to imagine she is just making rulings STRICTLY based on Constitution when its pretty clear there are
OTHER FORCES compelling her decisions.
Who thinks that ANY Justice besides a very tiny percentage of outliers, whether it be Supreme Court or Traffic Court operates SOLELY on letter of the law?
